When warmth is your priority

The Massage + Hot Stone package pairs a Relaxing Massage with a Hot Stone enhancement at $109 for 65 min. If you also want aromatherapy, warm towels, and a steam eye mask, Signature Massage includes those rituals and hot stones.

Signature Massage is $155 for 60 min or $195 for 90 min. It is a separate menu service, rather than another name for Deep Tissue Massage.

When sustained pressure is your priority

Deep Tissue Massage is listed independently at $85 for 30 min, $120 for 60 min, and $170 for 90 min. Tell your therapist which areas you want to focus on and what pressure feels comfortable.

A firm session should still allow you to speak up, relax your breathing, and request changes. Sharp or uncomfortable pain is a reason to reduce or stop the pressure, not a measure of progress.

Can heat and hands-on work be combined?

The menu lists a Hot Stone add-on at $15 and 5 min. Review the enhancement choices for your selected massage in Booker. If you choose Signature Massage, stones are already included.

Neither technique is a guaranteed treatment

NCCIH describes limited, often short-term evidence for massage in some pain conditions. That does not establish that stones or greater pressure are medically better for a particular person. A preferred sensation is a useful reason to choose a spa session; a persistent medical problem needs an assessment.

Before you decide

Your questions, answered

How do hot stone and deep tissue massage differ?
Hot stone emphasizes warmth from heated stones alongside hands-on massage. Deep tissue emphasizes sustained pressure. They are separate menu choices, and the right choice depends on your comfort and preferences.
Is deep tissue just a pressure option within Signature Massage?
No. Deep Tissue Massage is its own named service on the current Booker menu. Signature Massage is a separate ritual that includes hot stones, aromatherapy, warm towels, and a steam eye mask.
Can I add hot stones to a massage?
The current menu lists a Hot Stone enhancement. Select a compatible massage and review available enhancements in Booker. Signature Massage already includes hot stones.
Does the current hot stone package include scraping?
No. The current Massage + Hot Stone package does not include scraping. Gua sha and cupping are not currently listed on the menu.
Should deep tissue massage hurt?
Pressure should stay within your comfort. Tell your therapist if it is painful and ask for an adjustment. More force is not proof of a better treatment.
