The menu now identifies the appointments by length. Choose based on how much time you want for an automated session, and ask the spa about the device experience and available settings before booking if it is your first visit.

An automated session or hands-on massage?
iRelaxBot is a device-based experience. A massage therapist offers direct hands-on work and can discuss pressure, focus areas, and comfort as the session progresses. The two formats serve different preferences; neither should be sold as a universal replacement for the other.
