30, 60, or 90 minutes — and which therapy to pick

Massage is one of the better-studied ways to ease muscle tension and settle the body. According to the NCCIH, massage therapy may help with pain, stress, and relaxation, and Mayo Clinic describes easing stress and tense muscles as part of how relaxation techniques work.

For Relaxing Massage, choose 30 minutes ($69) for a shorter reset, 60 minutes ($105) for a full hour, or 90 minutes ($168) for more unhurried attention. Deep Tissue and Signature have their own prices and inclusions above.

Prefer warmth? Choose the Massage + Hot Stone package or a Signature Massage with hot stones included. Focused head, neck, shoulder, and lower-back appointments sit in the massage section. These are separate services on Booker. Relaxing Massage uses smooth, rhythmic strokes; Deep Tissue uses firmer, more focused work. Signature Massage is a premium ritual with botanical oils, aromatherapy, hot stones, warm towels, and a steam eye mask. Choose the service and duration you want before booking.

What is iRelaxBot?

iRelaxBot is our automated massage bed. The current menu offers a 30-minute session for $40 and a 50-minute session for $60. Ask the spa about suitability before booking. See the iRelaxBot guide.

How do package and enhancement times work?
